Chevrolet Middle East announced today that ekar, the first and largest carshare operator in the Middle East, has added 100 Chevrolet Spark vehicles to its fleet in the UAE.

Founded in 2016 with the aim to facilitate users’ daily commutes, ekar gives motorists in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the option to rent a vehicle per-minute, day, week or month, through an application on their mobile phones.

With ekar’s flexible booking structure, drivers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah can avail the Chevrolet Spark through the ekar app to drive across the streets of these Emirates and pay for only what they use down to the minute.
